life is amazing.

and then it’s awful.

And in between the amazing and awful it’s ordinary and mundane and routine.

Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary.

That’s just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life.

and it’s breathtakingly beautiful

Life is a beautiful gift

and I find myself taking it for granted. My sister gave birth to her second precious daughter yesterday, and I was reminded of the sheer joy that a new life brings.

You too were created with a purpose.

and God is rejoicing over YOU.
Live with intention, realizing that any moment could be your last.

seize the day

shine for Jesus, speak kindness, smile, seek more sunsets, say “I love you”, scatter sunlight, and serve God with gladness.

I’m excited about using this blog as a new creative outlet.

Lord willing, once a week, I’ll be sharing my everyday adventures and hobbies and a lot of pictures with you. Thank you, Shana for inspiring and encouraging me to jump into this wild idea. Just to clarify, I’m not an author. Hopefully over time my writing will improve.
