I love learning more about people and thought that I could share with you more about myself. A few of the questions are from my own imagination, but most come from friends and google ; )
I stretched my brain a little and learned more about myself than I expected.
Here goes nothing.
- What’s your favorite time of day?
afternoon-dusk - Window or aisle seat?
Window. So I can look out, take pictures, lean against the wall to sleep, and stay there without interruptions. - Something you’ve always wanted to try?
Living in the city - Favorite game?
Codenames - Do you prefer fiction or nonfiction? Explain.
Fiction. Then if it’s a sad story I don’t have to feel so terrible. Never mind that I still shed tears. - If time travel was possible, what era would you visit?
Do I really just get to choose one?! If I had to make a choice it probably would be my town in the Gold Rush days. My people tell me that I’d probably get shot, but life’s a great adventure. - Favorite place to be?
Outside in the sunshine, preferably with my feet in the sand. - What do you always carry with you?
My phone and water bottle - Most recent purchase?
Books, a throw, and a coffee mug at Goodwill - How would you choose to die?
Sitting in the west coast at sunset. One minute I’m having a conversation and the next, I’m gone. - What color do you wear most often?
Blue. I’m starting to like neutrals better, though. - What’s your ideal vacation?
A weekend at a new place with brick buildings, lattes, history, good food, sunshine, and some family and friends. (A beach is always nice too) - If you could choose to make one animal extinct, what would it be and why?
Rattlesnakes. For very obvious reasons. - Favorite season?
I honestly can’t decide; I look forward to every one. But, probably spring is my favorite. - If you could live anywhere, where would that be?
Dubrovnik, Croatia. - Would you rather be able to fly or become invisible?
Fly. I could skip traffic, join my friends in the Midwest for dinner, and take bird’s eye view photos without an expensive drone. - If you had to move to a city, where would you move?
Phoenix, Arizona - If you could be the best at anything, what would it be?
Art and photography - Least favorite food?
Sweet potatoes - What makes you angry?
Mistreatment towards children - Favorite colors?
Black, white, and gold. I know, they’re not “colors”; but I like the whole spectrum. - What inspires you?
Flowers, friends, photos, poetry, palm trees, art, children, stars, and the moon. - Biggest weakness?
Talking when I shouldn’t and not speaking up when I should. - First thing you notice about people?
Smiles, eyes, and clothes. - A favorite childhood memory?
Going to the sale barn or donut shop with my grandpa. Homeschool with cousins in 2020. Getting lost on a trail in Alaska… There are so many - Five things you can’t live without?
Paper, sunshine, my water bottle, camera and journaling Bible. - Favorite fictional character?
Winnie the Pooh. Such a wise, but innocent bear. And Lucy Pevensie has always inspired me. - Would you prefer money for a housekeeper, cook, gardener, or personal secretary?
Housekeeper. I don’t mind cleaning, but I also wouldn’t mind having a maid 😂 - If you had to spend one year living alone in a remote cabin, what would you spend your time doing?
First of all, I’d try not to go insane. Second, I’d improve at all of my hobbies, and grow a beautiful garden. Lastly, I’d read aloud and talk to myself for fellowship. - Shoes or sweaters?
Sweaters - What topics are you bored talking about?
Sports and politics. - Do you plan, or do you fly by the seat of your pants?
I try to plan, with little avail. Life is better when things are a surprise, right? - What would you study in college?
Psychology, art, and medical science. - What’s your favorite thing to do on a Saturday morning?
Visit a new coffee shop from my list and go to a thrift store or Farmer’s Market. - What did your last text message say?
“Yes” I’m so fun, right? - What are the ingredients for the perfect day?
Family. Food. Sunshine. - Are you wearing socks?
NO. Strictly when necessary. - Favorite dessert?
Crème Brûlée - How do you want to be remembered?
As a fun, giving, loving, and optimistic friend. - Messy or neat?
Neat. I try to to be- but my room usually is cluttered with all my projects 🤦🏻♀️ - What do you want to say when someone asks, “What do you do”?
“Classified. A matter of National Security.” - What’s the cutest thing ever?
Babies - What are you looking forward to?
Meeting my nephew next week 🥰 - Do you like surprises?
Absolutely. I might be scared the first minute; but surprises give me an adrenaline boost and the happiness lasts for weeks. - What’s the best way to spend a rainy weekend?
Shopping and eating out Friday night; relaxing, reading, talking, and making pizza Saturday; church, naps, and board games on Sunday. - What’s something you want to be doing in ten years?
Working at a Children’s Hospital - What makes you feel accomplished?
A completed art project. And when someone takes my suggestion for a book, place to visit, or worthwhile purchase. - Who are your role models?
The women in my family. - What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Strange noises and smells. - Something people might not know about you?
I’m very impulsive.
That’s all for today. I hope it was fun for you, because I plan to do another Q&A post soon.
Signing off,
