Yesterday afternoon a couple friends and I went to Chico. We randomly decided to go downtown and to our delight, it was town market time.
All the cute little shops had things displayed on the sidewalks; and booths with fresh flowers, produce, clothing, baked treats, gifts and anything you can imagine arrayed the streets.

lovely blooms

There were multiple farm fresh flower booths and I couldn’t resist buying a bouquet. I dream of having my own stand one day 🤩

sooo gorgeous
the amount of joy these colors bring me is wild.

thai curry
My second time trying Thai food, and I’m actually impressed. It was a little spicy but the flavor was great. I’m trying to broaden my palate and have an open mind towards other cuisines : )

raspberry macaron
found my favorite French pastry at a cute bake stand 🫶🏼

I snapped a picture of this old house on our way out. I think it needs some love, but it’s pretty cool.

the best yogurt ever
Stopped at a grocery store and bought this delicious Greek yogurt. If Zoi happens to be sold near you, please try it. The honey is my favorite.

creamy frozen yogurt
Topping off the night, we got a delicious chilly dessert. I highly suggest peach flavored frozen yogurt for a refreshing summer treat 🍑
as always, it was a great time.
The weather was absolutely amazing, about 80 degrees with a breeze. Cali for the win!
It’s a perfect time of year for farmer’s markets- so find one locally and support the small businesses.
see you next week,
